Accessibility proved challenging due to the slow and limited elevators, which got frustrating at times, especially during busy hours. The room required better maintenance. several bulbs were out, and the carpet had visible stains that could use cleaning. Additionally, attempting to dine at the outdoor restaurant became a hassle since it was fully booked on multiple occasions, restricting access to just the indoor area.

The views from my room were insane, overlooking the Nile River and the Mediterranean Sea. The staff were super attentive The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, with so many tasty options. Plus, the beach shuttle service made getting to the beach easy.

steigenberger hotel was a fantastic getaway! the staff, especially gena and nashwa, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the food in the restaurant was awesome, and the beach was a short shuttle ride away. i loved relaxing by the open-air swimming pool with amazing cocktails and stunning views.

Waking up to the stunning view of the Nile was a highlight of my stay. The staff's eagerness to assist made the trip even more enjoyable, especially during meals. Breakfast had fresh, delicious options that kept us energized for the day.

Although the pool had lovely views, it felt a bit cramped, especially during peak times. Housekeeping was occasionally slow to respond, which affected our comfort.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay featuring amazing views of the Nile. The beach restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. Be sure to request towels in person for a quicker response, as clarity helps! The breakfast had delightful varieties that suited all tastes.

Not quite what I expected

Had some nice moments by the restaurant, the service was better than the other places we visited. Mostafa and Yousef were genuinely friendly and really made the dining experience tolerable after everything we dealt with.

This place doesn’t come cheap, but I guess you could manage it if you had too.

Man, the views here are legit, right on the Nile! The staff was super friendly, especially when I needed help with my laptop—shoutout to Ms. Gina for making that a breeze. Plus, breakfast was banging with fresh falafel and all. You gotta love how clean the room was, too.

The stay featured delightful crepes at breakfast, and the superior twin room with a panoramic view of the Nile was incredibly spacious and clean. However, the check-in process took longer than expected, and the pool area was occasionally overcrowded, impacting the experience. Despite these issues, the staff were consistently polite and attentive, making the visit enjoyable overall.

I loved lounging by the outdoor pool while sipping on refreshing drinks with stunning views and the spacious room had a cozy balcony that was perfect for enjoying sunsets. The beach was a nice getaway even though it required a short shuttle ride and there were plenty of sun loungers available for relaxation. One downside was that it got a bit noisy at breakfast during peak times, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊
